Must live on site.
Full time.
Competitive compensation includes weekly salary plus commission, health insurance, Simple IRA.
Upon completion of training, resident manager will receive housing in addition to other benefits.
Will be showing units, checking vacancies, coordinating work orders, accepting applications, lots of walking the units, customer service, public relations, preparing leases , collecting rents, making bank deposits and auditing reports.
Will be trained in all aspects of industry.
Must be honest, hard working and able to work with all types of people.
Excellent computer skills necessary.
Must be able to work independently.
Clean criminal background is required.
May train at other locations so dependable transportation is a necessity.
Must be enthusiastic and able to promote our community.
Previous property management experience would be helpful but not required.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Ability to complete daily duties of resident manager.
Great time management.
